Photo of the week
It’s almost an inevitability that here in the UK, we arrive in August and the weather is terrible. You’ve been waiting all year for that summer trip, thinking it must be better this year. There are signs (depending upon who you listen to), that this summer’s weather could yet turn in the right direction.
With the possibility of this in mind, let’s celebrate with a lovely landscape, showing (hopefully) the good things to come. This is Buttermere, in the Lake District, shown to its full potential with a stunning reflection. A calm day and a little patience can yield the beauty of nature and the landscape around.
We keep saying it; grab that camera and stop the dashing around. There are amazing sights to be found in our countryside.
